The wedding invitation for the greek couple is based on the “Monogramma” poet by Odysseas Elytis, reading “How could it be different, since they love each other”. Odysseas Elytis is considered one of the most important greek poets and regarded as a major exponent of romantic modernism in Greece and the world.
The invitation set includes an entirely hand drawn and illustrated invitation, an RSVP card with a corresponding envelope and a directions card with a map. All the elements of this set are held together through a string with an attached round label. Colored envelopes accompany this suit, while watercolor-illustrated flower patterns beautify the envelope linen.
